EasiPos employs several levels of protection to ensure the security of your system. Master with back-up master Connected terminals write all transactions to both the master and back-up master terminals. In the unlikely event of the master failing, the back-up master takes over as the new master and a new back-up master can be designated. (see above illustration) The central table file resides in the master terminal. If the master fails, the back-up master automatically creates a new table file from the transaction log.
