Multiple Units of Measure

procure.net provides a complete set of standard convertible units for weight and volume and automatically calculates conversions between all convertible units. (The user may override the calculation factor if required)

Any number of non-convertible units may be employed not only for ingredients or inventory, but also for recipe batch sizes and menu item portions.  Multiple pack sizes may be assigned to each inventory item. Up to 8 par levels (e.g., for seasons or days) and a min and max par may be established.
