Inventory Database

procure.net’s inventory database tracks food & beverage, supplies, housekeeping, maintenance equipment, retail merchandise, catering equipment, sundry items and more. Item lookup may be by name, number or description. Entry of partial text will invoke a help window for browsing purposes.

Multiple pack sizes may be assigned to each inventory item. Up to 8 par levels (e.g., for seasons or days) and a min and max par may be established.

Inventory, supplier’s lead times, safety stock and replenishment levels are defined also in days and static quantities, providing an unique view of the stock holding. Orders are created based on latest daily sales averages and stock holding. Orders are reviewed and authorized by the buyers or budgets and then automatically transmitted by the chosen carrier.

procure.net supports the use of Universal Product Code (UPC) and prints shelf talkers and bar code labels.
